We stayed in the tower for two nights on the top floor. Wonderful views, a very nice facility, communication was incredible. They stay in touch via text throughout your stay. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the tourist spots in downtown Gatlinburg area. We highly recommend this place.

Great location and decent price. The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. I was traveling with my mother who has knee problems and uses a cane, she cant do hills at all. The front desk took our reservation and upgraded both rooms so we could be next to each other, and so my mom could walk in the room. Rooms are clean and nice. For the price you wont find a nicer place.

We love this resort. My wife and I have stayed here many times since 1978 on our honeymoon. The rooms are always very clean and spacious. We enjoy sitting on the private balcony and listen to the water flowing down the river.

Was not advised that the restaurant's beverage and food bar was closed (for the past year...) until I searched for the menu. I was informed by the "acting" supervisor that I could as easily enjoy the food across the street. As a disabled 30 veteran, it was not my intent to routinely leave the resort but to enjoy their advertised amenities. And as far as advertisement goes, the burgers look great on their website homepage presentation of what they offer. Enjoy your stay, we plan to get a cabin.

No. Absolutely not. I was just there on September 23rd 2017, and our room was great!! Actually the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved it!!

If convention center is "down the hill", get in a building down there. Bldg 3 is on top of hill and you have to walk down due to no parking. Get on same level as center.
It's in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a great place to walk around day or night.
Didn't even try the bed the room smelled so bad. We left.
