As a former employee of this popeyes. I understand that customers may get upset with the workers. They really try there best to accommodate. Please remember they are human as well. Mistakes will happen and they will replace your food please be patient with them.

First off I'll say I do understand many places have staffing issues .I went to Popeyes several times in a week's span it was always the same issues the attitudes of the staff also management was unacceptable. If your short staffed then the lobby should only be open for online pick ups doordash,grubhub etc

The food was hot and delicious. Service was slow but amazing . At the time of my visit there was only one worker on shift. The Management needs to do better at making sure this location is adequately staffed for the weekend, especially a holiday weekend .

My first time having the spicy chicken sandwich and I bit into nothing but uncooked, chicken flavored dough. 🤮🤢The staff was mediocre seeing as though I'd just paid and was coming inside. Had to wait although the only customer and the guy using the fake British accent at the drive through had me think this was a hidden camera show. No this place was just a joke.
