Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered online to pick up at 8:15 still had to wait another 15 to 20mins at the store. Got home no sauces in the bag, no large fry as was ordered, the wings barely had sauce coating them, fries tasted partially cooked and the toast was the same.

I was excited to try Zaxbys after hearing a whole lot of hype about their chicken. Today I ordered a spicy chicken club sandwich and got a chicken patty and 2 pieces of bread. It was basically missing cheese, bacon, dressing and pickles. Very disappointed, the kitchen is definitely not putting out the right food. YOU CAN DO BETTER!

Should have just ordered from Outback. Got a Cobb salad with no eggs or bacon, very little chicken. Ordered a 10 piece of fingers and received 2 sauces. Drink was incorrect and had to double back because I didn’t get my credit card back…. The cashier didn’t give it back… no receipt either, and after waiting 45 minutes for fast food you would think the service would at least be better. Next time I get a craving for zaxby’s I’ll go to the one in Concord. This one is on life support.

I give up on this Zaxbys location. They are insanely slow and i wouldnt mind waiting too much if i atleast knew my food would be fresh. Waited almost 40 mins in the drivethru and am given these disgusting fries. Their soggy, browning unseasoned mush. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly and cold and soggy. Its honestly unacceptable this place. They never season the fries and the wait is always terribly long. Go to a different spot because this one is useless. There is a problem almost every time ive gone but i will not be returning
