Yes, the hotel is a bit old and you can't expect every thing to be in brand new condition. BUT YOU CANT BEAT THE VALUE OF MONEY IT OFFERS! Lowest price you can get in the area, pretty near to Mammoth Cave National Park and right off I-65, spacious rooms with all basic amenities imaginable, and some light snacks (don't expect standard breakfast) to help you start the day. I will choose this hotel again if I re-visit this area.

Booked 3 rooms. All 3 rooms smelled so bad, musty & damp. Asked to change rooms and no other rooms were available. Pool pump was broken, so no pool available. The chair & ottoman in our room smelled and needed a good cleaning. Found 2 ants in our bed. Check in took over 45 mins as there was a new employee, 1st day here, who was left alone at the desk, while the manager went to Subway to get a sandwich. When the associate got stuck, she called the manager on a speaker cellphone and the manager complained how long the f#$&*%employees were taking and swore again while we all listened to the conversation. Guess you get what you pay for. But $87 a night...the room wasn't worth it. Stay so somewhere else!

Bed was very comfy. Nice room. There were a lot of flys outside which was scary but overall a good place. Grab and go breakfast and no hot breakfast. Lady at the counter during check-in did not pay much attention (was watching phone most of the time) however the person during the check-out was nice.

Yes, this facility is dated and could use some minor maintenance but it meets expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. We were able to control the room temperature to our liking and we like being able to park outside our room because it is easier to unload our bags. Breakfast was poor, donuts in a paper bag, most other hotels these days have returned to a more normal breakfast option. The internet was horrible, actually non- existing while we were there. They blamed it on the provider, but the restaurant across the street had great internet reception, so if administration is reading this, it may be time to switch providers. We would definitely stay here again , it is fine for an overnight visit.
