I was scheduled to stay here with my sister who last minute had to cancel due to Covid. I arrived at the hotel and the staff (Miya and Phillip) were amazing. They helped me cancel my reservation via my third party booking and were extremely polite and friendly, offering helpful advice to find things in the area. Next time I won't hesitate to stay because of the wonderful staff.

First time staying at Hyatt. Miya was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel is very close to the airport, so we did hear the planes above but it wasn't a bother to us. I didn't rate service a 5 because next day when we got back to our room, I excepted it to be clean. I went up to Swar and let him know my room was not cleaned and I needed towels and paper toilet. Swar told me very rude I needed to schedule it. I let him know, he didn't tell me when he checked me in the day before.

Front desk attendant was great. Very courteous at 1:30 am. Internet went off and he came up to open our bedroom doors. Breakfast was simple, but we'll presented. However, Hyatt's airport shuttle stops at 11:00 pm.

My wife and I are both visually impaired, I am very low vision she has no usable vision. Traveling can always be a bit stressful and frustrating. Our first experience with this place was the use of its shuttle service and all I can say is "Wow". We called the property while waiting at the airport and the shuttle driver could get park close to us due to the volume of traffic, but was kind enough to get out and assist us to the shuttle. The driver was very friendly and we were very grateful. The staff at the hotel has been excellent as well. They have assisted us in figuring out where we are so we are not able to navigate the property without any assistance. I only wish this was the case at other places, but believe me this is rare. Typically when we travel people either give too much help, or do nothing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people here. The room was clean and in good order too.
