I didn't even want to give a star. I've waited 15 mins after I place my order to be told there's going to be a 11 min wait on chicken. So i decided to get just a chicken sandwich. Young lady was willing to. But i said i need the difference. Young lady went to the manager to refund me the difference. She got mad at the young lady and said offer her some sides to go with it. I explained that i do not want any sides. That's when I asked for a refund. The young lady kept apologizing. I explained its not her fault. Young lady told the manager and the manager told her that i just have to wait. I've waited 20 minutes. I was asked if i still want the chicken. I said no, i want my refund. Ive watch multiple people walk out. Another person started requesting refund. Now we both waiting and she ordered way before me. I shouldn't have to wait over a half an hour for a refund. She was not pleasant. Manager on duty Wanee B. She need more training on how to run a team. Also she needs customer service training.

Finally this location opened the dining room! We were grateful for a place to sit…we sat outside, due to having our dog, unlike most Bojangles, they have outside seating which is really nice! Our dinners were fine, but they were out of ranch, my favorite dipping sauce…

The Employees seem to hate their jobs. Extremely poor and rude attitude. The menu sign is inaccurate and not up to date. One of the people in our group of 5 people ordered Biscuits and Gravy and the cashier said WE DON'T HAVE THAT !!! It was offered on the menu so we asked if they were out at this time. THE CASHIER REPLIED; WE DON'T SELL IT !!! In addition the tables were dirty and the straws for the drinks were stir straws not drinking straws. We asked if they had any drinking straws and they said they are out with the condiments.we pointed it out to them and they acted like it was a chore just to get us five drinking straws. POOR PLACE TO EAT But it's right on Interstate 40 so I guess they can get by with that type of stuff. Probably not many repeat customers if you know what I mean.

I should have known better than to stop here again. Most every time it is a bad experience. Ordered sausage and egg biscuit with a diet Mountain Dew. I know I shouldn’t order this item in the evening, but is what I like from Bojangles. But, the biscuit was dried out, hard, the egg was rubbery and as thin a my credit card and the sausage, it wasn’t fresh but it was the only thing I finished off. All of it had been sitting around too long. I should have documented it with an image. Oh well. The only plus was being the only customer, it was fast service, though unfriendly.
