I don't typically write reviews, but I feel this is necessary. My husband I will always give a place two solid chances to impress us, both times have failed miserably. The first time we came in, the only things edible were the meats. All of the sides were dried up, and just plain bland. Today we tried again, and our review is worse this time around than the first. First of all, we had to wipe down our own table to sit down, and had to ask if we were to get our own drinks cause it took more than 5 minutes to get a drink with very few tables full. The food was just as bland as the first time, with the exception of the chicken, that stayed consistent both times. There was a sign on the door that they were closing at 3pm, and we arrived at 1pm. We expected to have more variety than was there, but I guess if you are closing early, you feel no need to provide more food to your customers. Not only that, it is 95 degrees today and clearly the A/C is not working. We walked out of there after being in there long enough to eat a single plate dripping with sweat. Lastly, and more importantly were the flies that were a constant harassment while attempting to eat. This will be the last time ever stepping foot in this establishment.

If you are looking for a country breakfast/lunch buffet, this is your place. We are in Wallace for a wedding and happened upon this place for breakfast. They have made-to-order eggs and pancakes. The pancakes are fluffy and hand brushed with butter before coming off the griddle. Large selection of breakfast and lunch items, fresh and hot. Fried chicken was incredible, a must try. Staffs are friendly and the buffet is well kept and clean. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a hearty country meal in Wallace NC!

We found this place on our way from NH to SC and were looking for ice cream, which was on their sign. A waitress told us the ice cream shack was opening for the season on the next day. She must have seen my disappointment because she asked me to hold on for a minute, and then introduced me to JR who runs the ice cream shack. JR said he would open it just for us, which he did and then made us each a wonderful New England style ice cream frappe with 2 scoops of ice cream. JR and the staff here were wicked friendly. We've told friends about this place and we would go out of our way to return here if we are ever back in the area.

I thought the chicken was amazing, but their sides were a little underwhelming. They have gotten better since they opened, but the selection of foods offered is still rather limited. I will definitely be going back though for their chicken.

Apparently so. Word is the IRS shut them down.
It's around 10 dollars a person for adults. The Friday and Saturday night buffet features seafood so it's a dollar or two more. The Sunday buffet is the best! Kids are 5.99
No they r not out of business. They might not be opening on Sunday
Calling them would give you a more reliable answer.
No Reservations are needed, they have the best food, buffet style, good ole Country Food. Great atmosphere, friendly people. They also do big groups. You will really enjoy their food.
I don't think so
