Nice, clean McDonalds franchise. Inside look and feel more like a Starbucks coffee shop. Service a bit slow, and they forgot condiments. Generally standard quality of food.

Simply embarrassing. Asked for 4 hamburgers with mustard only.... got plain hamburgers that were cold. BECAUSE I had to wait about 10 min for spicy nuggets. How about we wait and make everything so it stays at least WARM?

I was ordering at the drive through and the girl kept putting wrong items on the board on my receipt. She never did get it up there and I asked her to repeat my order because I couldn't see it. It was correct then I pulled up to pay and she was holding a roll of receipt paper in her hand and never loaded it so I could get a receipt. After I got home and pulled out my fish sandwich it was actually a hamburger with tartar sauce on it I called back 5 times before anyone answered the phone to talk to the mgr she said come back and get another one. With the price of gas and I live 20 minutes away? Be sure to check your sandwiches before leaving there.

On the day 2/28 around 10pm, I pulled up to the window and two of the workers were horsing around. I paid and received no receipt. Pulled up to the second window and was told to pull up they were waiting on fries. Waited 10 mins and noticed people behind me were pulling off with their food. I go inside (which was dirty btw and had drinks where food was being prepped) and asks if my food was ready and was told they didn’t have that order. I finally got my food which was inedible and returned it immediately.
