It started out as a nightmare. My truck was in the shop and no one had a rental. I called the Wallace location and an angel answered the phone, His name was Alex! He took beyond excellent care of me and my worries were put to rest. I needed another car because my car was still in the shop a month later and again, no one else had a vehicle but the Wallace location did. It was another person, a wonderful young lady and I hate that I don't remember her name, but she was so kind and went above and beyond to help me. A month later I still didn't have a car so I called Enterprise in Wallace and was greeted by Carlos. He was so very helpful and put my mind at rest regarding my situation. He worked things out and was very sympathetic regarding my situation. I felt like family,....the ones we like. I couldn't find the number to the corporate office to share my experience with and tell them what an amazing staff they have at the Wallace location. It's such a pleasure to have this level a professionalism and care in this day and time. I am so very grateful for the staff and I hope the higher ups are acknowledging them for the awesome job they are doing representing their company. Thank you Alex!! Thank you Carlos!! I truly appreciate you.

I have used Enterprise in the past and always happy w the service Today I went to check on a reservation that we had made for the near future, only to find they didn't have my reservation....even though I had my paperwork for the reservation with the charges and dates, etc I'm not sure how they didn't have the reservation???? And I couldn't even pick it up on the day that my paperwork said, I'm like what in the Hell? So, I had to get the car 2 days earlier than I was planning on and I'm sure they are going to try to charge me for those 2 days and if that happens I will definitely lower my rating on them!!!

Booked A car 2 weeks in advance and they ended up not having anything for me, this is so unprofessional, second time this has happened to me.

I had made the appointment way in advance for the Wilmington NC site. I made the appointment to have the car picked up t about 2pm. At 0145 pm I got a call from the Wilmington site that they had not even got the car because they weren't sure that I would be there and their staffing was poor. My choice was to wait till 4pm or later or get it in Wallace NC. The Wilmington people were perky and polite but maddenningly unhelpful. I continued on to Wallace with my wife and a U-haul truck that we brought up from SC. The man in Wallace was extremely helpful and efficient. I think his name was Garca. I was charged by U-hauk for an extra 40 miles or more on the Truck thanks to Wilmington's screw-up. In future I would just pick the Wallace location and advise others to do the same if they are planning anything that is time important. And it cost me ore time and money and aggravation.
