Manager was very nice but served me cold food. I really wanted to try the new primal burger. Which I feel would have been really good cooked fresh not a dried out burger that's been sitting in a steam well. I was the only customer in there and still was served cold food. Really not surprised all fast food restaurants in Wallace are pretty bad with the exception of KFC.

This stop was a disappointment. We waited at the drive thru for 3-4 minutes while our food was sitting at the window getting cold so the clerk could get change for a $20. The manager couldn't be bothered to be in a hurry. The food was fair, nothing to brag about. Won't be back.

I was very pleased with the service along with the quick preparation of my order. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the Wallace Hardee's has a 10 percent discount for veterans,active duty and first responders. Always nice to be noticed. Semper fi.

Service can be pretty slow here. Also, they can be pretty skimpy on their fries. I ordered a large and it was the amount of a medium or even a small. The burgers were great!! Staff was very polite and friendly. My main issue is it takes too long for orders.
