This may be at every Walmart now but I have noticed at this particular location that there isn't a team member who is actually willing to work. There is frequently 3 or 4 Walmart employees grouped together talking when you enter the store. There's one who's walking through staring on their phone. Then there's the automated floor machine that seems to be doing the work that nobody wants to do. There are nearly 20 check out lines with one that is lit up. That person is most certainly working. You can tell by the look on their face that they really would rather not be there. Self checkout is an option. There's usually another group of employees there. One is wearing a yellow vest, I wonder if they are important. Occasionally you'll notice someone stocking up groceries when you're trying to find something. If you ask where the breadcrumbs might be they will tell you on the bread aisle probably. If you're looking for Graham cracker crumbs they'll tell you it's probably near the sugar. Don't mind the pile of semi-broken down boxes at the end of the aisle, someone will surely get to them, I hope. It's not a knock on any particular person working there, it's just a general attitude I've seen rampant throughout the workforce. Walmart is what you'd expect the local store to be if the local store had a warehouse to get everything from neckties to car tires and cereal to caulking. And they close at 11 for sure. That is the one thing that they are certain of and don't have a problem alerting you to repeatedly. Starting at about 10pm they will announce, "Attention Walmart shoppers, we will be closing promptly at 11, please finalize your shopping and make your way to checkout before then. Thank you." Then about every 10 minutes they will, just as kindly as before, announce yet again what is undoubtedly going to take place. I don't like having to be in a store that late but frankly, it's the only time I can. Conveniently I have changed my shopping style to match their working style. I go in, don't say anything to anyone, get what I need and ignore the person asking to check my receipt. If they really think I stole something they'll stop me or chase me. Plus, the cellular signal in that store is horrible. If you need to call someone to verify what your buying is sufficient, better do it before you go in.

I purchased 4 new tires for my truck. The employee asked 3 times if I wanted lifetime wheel balancing. I told her 3 times no. One of my tires was only a month old so I told her to have the mechanic put it in the back of my truck because I wanted to keep it. I checked out and paid for other items and instillation fees. The mechanic had kept my tire. I went back in the store and he came in the waiting area, The cashier told him to get my tire. The mechanic mumbled that he had already thrown it in the dump. The cashier told him to hush and get it. Needless to say he had set it aside and was right back in with it. I then looked closer at my receipt and was charged for lifetime balancing after I had told the cashier no three times. I was also charged for 4 disposal fees when they only had to dispose of 3 tires. It is a shame that they tried to cheat customers that way. Makes you wonder how many times they get away with it. The cashier also called me "Boo" multiple times. Not very professional and always check your receipt.
