Terrible customer service, waited in line for approximately 10mins and no help. Employees kept walking past like I wasn't here

The A.C. must have beem broken because it was HOT inside the store. Both females stalls had zero toilet paper, but fortunately I had baby wipes in my purse. The food took almost 20 minutes to be ready and my kids did not appreciate it. The sweet tea was out and the food tore up everyone's stomachs.
