A very professional staff member assisted my wife . We were getting a Real ID card for my wife. So she will not have problem traveling and going into Federal Building and Milatory base's. I recommend this NC DMV.

Make sure they move I am responsible for cleaning up the building after a day's work is done. This has nothing to do with the place or how they operate but there are great people there that are very friendly.

The staff here is very rude. Especially the older Caucasian guy. Every time I've been here I never felt respected or welcomed. He talks to you like you are a nobody. I understand that folks get frustrated with their job but he seems to be frustrated every time and that frustration should not be taken out on your customers. I treat others with the respect I would like to be received. They are VERY unprofessional and I highly recommend going elsewhere if you're able to. This location really needs to be evaluated because their customer service is awful!

And he knew how to run the office in a very business like manner and all the correct postings regarding your appointment, of what to expect and how to go about receiving an appointment.
