Racially profiling said I couldn’t get my license cause I was driving like I was trying to show off. Got a 100 on my exam and finished the driving test flawlessly. But I was driving like I was trying to show off? Then she said she didn’t think I was all the way there? I came in and she was rude not even wanting to help me saidn the printer was down. No help and racist should be shut down. Not even wanting to work or help

I showed up at the dmv. You cannot see inside because of the tint. There's no one in line. There's a sign that says to wait. I wait ten minutes without seeing anyone. I pulled the door open and said hello. Immediately the lady came out, told me to get out and proceeded to push me out. So I patiently waited for atleast 45 minutes til the customer/friend came and asked me what am I doing here. I told her, assuming the lady would see me. Now both of them are inside. The lady refused to see me She says she made some type of mistake, then she says, she's by herself, then she says she has to got the bank. The lady name is Kimberly. I have no idea what is going on.

I can't even give a 2 star review for the quick time to be seen. Got hung up TWICE when I called (first time they picked up just to slam the phone to hang up and the 2nd time I was talked over and hung up on while asking a question about if they still accepted walk ins). They need to change whatever lady it was being RUDE on the phone. Only came to get my boyfriend a valid ID..
