Wow, today, November 7, I came into the office to start service, and all I received was a rude attitude by the receptionist up front. She was wearing a jean jacket. She was rude and ugly and very unprofessional. At the end of the transaction I asked a simple questions, as to how to pay my bill, and her response was "Just read behind the bill when you get it". I guess this is the way customers are treated in Duplin County water department. Sad but true.
