If I could give this place zero stars I would. These strawberries have already gone bad. I wouldn’t have paid $70 for an edible arrangements delivery that wasn’t edible. This became so much worse when we called to complain and request a refund. They refused a refund and told us to go ahead and dispute the charge, because they didn’t care. Unbelievably bad customer service. Never again.

I had ordered a box of chocolates, fruits and a card to be delivered to my husband for valentines day. They did not deliver the box of chocolates. I called the store and they kept hanging up when I started to speak. When I finally spoke to someone, she asked if we had ate the fruits. I responded with yes. Immediately after she tells me that since we opened up the fruits, there is no way to prove whether I was telling the truth or not. When I attempted to ask her how is that fair and how can I get a refund or the box of chocolates, she hangs up the phone on me. The box of chocolate costs 29.99. Losing that amount isn't going to kill me or put me in a financial burden but the principal behind it is what counts. Poor customer service and not wanting to refund for their mistakes.

The edible arrangment I ordered was perfect! I messed up my Aunt's address on my gift purchase. The owner personally called me to check on the address and ensure my delivery was made on time without delay. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I love Edible Arrangements! Was recently in to redeem my birthday treat of a free dozen chocolate dipped fruit pieces. So yummy! Also picked up a few of their new fruit smoothies. The smoothies were really good too - not too sweet, but full of fruit flavor. Gabrielle was also pleasant while preparing my order and checking me out. I can always count receiving discount offers in my email for my next treat or gift giving items.
