Now I have been here before, however, today was my best experience. I was actually given a real opinion of a new item other than "IDK" as if I am getting on their nerves. Now, I apologize, I didn't get the name, however, my order was taken by a very polite human being appearing to be masculine centered and of the race, we identify as, Caucasian/white. They gave me time to order and made the order fresh and then the other coworker made sure it was bagged correctly with my sauce and ketchup in bag. Now this may appear basic to many, however, in this day and age this isn't what you get a quick spot like this. I have to go to a five star restaurant and depending on the city, you might not get it there. Thank you to the crew that worked August 2nd at 2pm. You all made my lunch experience a great one. 🌬️💚🕯️🧘🏾‍♂️📿🌌

Ordered pick up from here this evening,the total order was a disappointment. One of my sides were not in the bag , the thigh bites were hard and salty (I ordered garlic Parmesan). The wings only included one of the two flavors I ordered, the fries were cold just a total let down.

I have photos and videos that I will include. I came here tonight 3/23/22 right before CLOSING TIME so around 11:50/11:55 to be direct to pick up a dash order along with another dasher that showed up at the same time as me.. The staff working would not give us the orders they refused to open the door. The orders were ready and waiting sitting on the shelf but they still refused to give us our orders the guy with the dreads was very aggressive pushing the bags of food around waving his hands rolling his neck telling us they were closed even tho we got there before closing time keep in mind these orders were already paid for. I sat in the parking lot for a second to call dash support as I watched another employee come open the door for a girl in a Walmart vest (I want to say it was her girlfriend) she called and said “open the door I’m not a customer” in which by this point it was AFTER 12. You couldn’t open the door for customers before closing but could open after closing for someone that clearly just came from another job and she wasn’t coming to work if it was after closing time in a different company uniform. I will be calling corporate. What an inconvenience this is how I make my money how I put food on my table if you don’t like your job or the hours you work find a new one.

Worst wings I've had in a long time.Dry. Do y'all put sugar on your fries because these for some reason were sweet. My dessert was forgotten and the only option given me when I called was to get a refund from Door Dash or go to the restaurant that night and get it. So I waste my money on delivery. And it's not DD fault.Forget it. The only good thing about my meal was the Sprite. Not eating from there again.
