I waited over 20 minutes for my order to be taking. The front door was locked. So I couldn’t order inside… I would never recommend this location. Go to summit ave at great stops over this and that’s saying a lot because it’s a gas station 🙄

I ordered online. Four simple pizzas and three breadsticks. I gave them an extra 15 minutes to get it ready. When I showed up they acted like I hadn’t even ordered. I showed the girl my phone receipt. Didn’t even get an apology. Waited an additional ten minutes for the food. This is not the first time but it will definitely be the last.

Really bad service, the guy who took my order got everything wrong, it seemed like on purpose because he didn’t want to make a 5 dollar lunch special. They said they don’t offer them on the weekends but I could order one online. The guy who took my order was unfriendly and rude, the place was really understaffed and all the employees seemed very stressed out, this makes me think that it’s an upper management issue. The manager on duty was very young but polite. Food was tasty but cold by the time they got the right order.

Ordered delivery and the food was not edible. Look at picture. It is raw and under cooked. Also did not receive sauce that was ordered. Unable to reach anyone at store so it can be corrected or refund received. Also ordered this crust pizza and received standard crust. Will not order from here again. Would have given 1 star but Google would not let me sign in when I did one star.

I came in today after seeing a change in management the last time. Last time was drastically improved and it seemed like there was a manager. This time..... Waited 2-3 minutes after the door bell for the guy on drive through to ask the 2 girls hanging in the back. The girl that had looked at and ignored me previously got flustered and came up to take the order. Meanwhile the music drones away in the background, most if which is inappropriate for this environment. Now an update on the rest of the visit. The only guy working in the place was running both drive through and walkup while 3 girls sat in the back. Kudos to the guy, he looked like he may quit due to the bs. So my pan pizza is oval not square. The dough wasn't proofed and it's horrible. Hopefully someone is reading these comments that actually cares about this business.
