I ordered the new York cheesecake pancake and that give me just a pancake with no cream cheese on it and told me that don't put it on there when it's take out and I paid for a cheesecake pancake so I paid for the cheese that go with it to I will never get anything from here again if I could give the no ⭐ I would have if you ordered something you want it how it should be

As usual, IHOP doesn't dissapoint. Ordered two spicy dishes and they were actually quite spicy. Food was great as was the service.

We visited the IHOP at Pyramid village & were placed on a waiting list. After waiting 20 minutes we were shown to a booth which was literally less than 2 inches away from a table with 3 patrons eating. In light of covid I asked if there was another table available & was told no before placed back on the waiting list. Having my newborn with me we decided to leave when we went back to the car. We also observed servers wearing there masks improperly. We then went over to the Westover Terrace location which had no waiting but again I had to request not to be seated on top of other patrons. In addition, the first thing I noticed was how dirty the floor was being littered with straw paper, napkins. There were tables with dirty plates left sitting & the server station & trash near the bathrooms were overrun. The trash littering the parking lot gave you a preview of the inside. I wiped our table down with a Clorox wipe, cleaned my plastic ware with hot water. The food was not bad but it was not wow. Our server was young but attentive.

Well been here before and everything was good. But with this visit, we waited well over 30 minutes for our food. Our waitress got ghost, so we didnt know what was going on with our food. We had to get the manager and then we finally received our food. But nobody followed through to see if we were fine. Because some of the food was cold and only lukewarm.
