I am an Enterprise member. I reserved a 15 passenger van in Aug 2021 for my July 2022 family vacation. I received a call a few weeks prior to pickup informing me that a van would not be available. I spoke with Brandon who explained the situation to me but also assured me that he would do his best to have a van available. I live and shop near this business so I drive past it most days. I noticed a van on the lot and thought hopefully the team came through for me and they did. I arrived on pickup day and the van was ready. Nhygel and Jack did the physical walk-through of the vehicle along with the contract. When I returned the van, Jessica checked it in and compensated me for the inconvenience of having to adjust the tire pressure. Overall the service was very helpful and friendly.

I rented a car that had previous damage to it and the employee never came out with me to do a inspection. I never signed any paperwork for this car. I signed it for the first car that they gave me and I had to return it because they gave me the wrong car. I was just charged a damage fee of $500 for something that I did not do. I thought the policy was the employee has to do a inspection with the renter and then they sign the paperwork. I did neither.

If it weren't for Brandon, this honestly wouldn't be a good review. But, he's SUCH a good guy I couldn't say anything bad about this place with his name involved. He truly takes customer service to the next level. And it's because of him and only him that I would end up returning after really not being happy with the vehicle itself. Brandon gets 5 out of 5 stars all day. This location itself, not so much, but I don't want that to reflect on him, as he did everything and I mean everything in his power to resolve the issues we had with the vehicle.

My insurance company lined up a reservation with Enterprise when my vehicle was totaled. Brendan was friendly and efficient and got me into something that would work for my family of five, even though there is a shortage of cars. He did his best to get me out the door as quickly as possible. When I returned the vehicle, all the ladies at the front desk were super nice, and my boys even left with some leftover birthday cupcakes. It's helpful to remember what is going on in the world, how it affects every aspect of our life, and try to remember that people are doing the best that they can. There is a rental car shortage. Everyone is understaffed. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way.

Yes you can, but speak with the branch manager and get everything in writing in advance. The only problem you might have is the type of vehicle because the rental car store has the right to give you something close or similar.
That all depends on the type of car you want also if ur going to cover with your insurance or theirs. You can go online and price check them also
Yes they do. Little hint drop off your car directly in front so the security camera can see it.
