Good food, location is close to concord mills and I-85, but still kinda tucked away from the busyness of the area. Food is fresh, open kitchen feel where you can see the food being cooked. Coke freestyle machines, large menu, prices are slightly high but it’s worth it. Good kids menu. 9.5/10

Food was brought out cold, cheese wasn't melted on sandwich, fries were mixed with old and new fries, honey butter was cold on bun! Food was trash! When they recooked it they grease used was old u could taste it in the sandwich

I was very excited to visit this place. I ordered to go and let me tell you that the fries were so overcooked that you couldn't eat them because they where too hard. Ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and got 2 1/2. Not coming back after today's experience.

PDQ is one of my favorite places to go for chicken as they offer a few different options for tenders or nuggets and their salads are good and not wilted or like a side thought. This location has a generally quick turn time for the drive thru, which is always nice when in a hurry. I can't recall having an incorrect order with them either, which is a bonus.
