DO NOT GO HERE. I went in for one MRI of my abdomen. They did a second one of my pelvis without my knowledge and now I am expected to pay over $5,000 OUT OF POCKET to cover the expense. I reviewed all of my consents and no where did it say that they would have to do another MRI, and while in the machine I didn’t know the difference. I’ve called Sutter, my insurance and my doctor’s office and am placed in circles with no one willing to help adjust this cost. Whether this was policy or not, it should have been a conversation before them doing an additional MRI without my knowledge and now me having to pay for it. I URGE YOU to go somewhere else if you can, thank you.

The staff was amazing! They got me through 3 different imaging studies (3 departments) in less than 50 min. All 4 staff I encountered, reception and technicians, were faultlessly polite, helpful, and friendly.
