It's Wendy's so yeah it is good but this one either has stepped it up or I need to go to Wendy's more! The staff were so pleasant and refreshing, I forgot the first part of my day. Plus, they have ghost pepper ranch and spicy nuggets, the way to my heart!

Went up to the drive thru and ordered three burger combos and when I got to the window they said the fries will be a few minutes, wait about 10 minutes just for them to give me cold fries and I was missing one, two of the burgers had toppings that I asked not to be put on there. Keep in mind they won’t take another order at the drive thru until the person in front of you gets their food. So just be looking forward to spending 30 minutes at this place for a mess.

When to the drive through. Came home food was horrible wouldn't feed to my dog. Called manager and she reports that she assumed. Wasted money and was not even asked what could be done to make the customer happy.

Went through the Wendy’s on Fairgrove Church Rd SE in Conover NC drive thru for lunch today, a manager was working the window, got my food and almost made it back to work when I looked in my bag and realized that why I got was not what I ordered. Took the food back and when I got to the window and the manager opened the window and shoved my bag out the window and got an attitude when I asked her if the drink she gave me was what I ordered. I will not be going back to this establishment. I spent my entire lunch there or driving to and from there.
