To Whom It May Concern: I have an urgent matter. I sent this letter in on email on your website. I am trying to get in contact with upper management for the Hickory/Conover, NC location. My company reserved and have workers in two rooms at this location and we are having great difficulties with the manager Beverly. We have asked her several times to provide us with an email or phone number for upper management and she stated that she is not allow to provide any upper management contact information. Beverly called today and stated that we have to Vacate the property by Sunday morning because our company did not give her a time when we will check out. At the initial point of contact with Beverly, I told her that our company contract is for several months and to make things easier to financially track, that we will need the rooms from June 23rd thru August 30th. Beverly is stating that we have to leave on Sunday and our contractors have nowhere to go. This hotel location is the closest to the job site and our guys have since acclimated to this temporary hotel home. Please reach out to me. I would really like to come to a resolution on this matter. In an area inundated with sketchy hotels where you are unable to even wash your clothes without them being stolen this extended stay stands out! Very quiet guests, wonderful staff and Beverly the manager is AMAZING!!! Clean rooms, clean property in general, and a wonderful staff and manager!

Dirty nasty black floor. Yes floor was cleaned before i arrived . Black mold all in shower. Only thing clean is the fridge. Subpar cleaners do a very poor job of so called cleaning. Its more like rub dirt around call it clean. Bed was horribly worn you sink in middle of bed and if u Try to lay on edge its a hill to the middle. It is pretty quit area and nice for the price but its dirty and had lots of spiders in room.

They don't have monthly rates weekly rate is like 430/450
Yes we were paying 375/weekly. They make you pay a $200 security deposit. And we thought we would pay that because we smoke occasionally. When we got ready to check out they busted us for $1,100 because of smoking. They said that were clean up cost charges. But if you dont smoke no problem. I would have taken this to court but my company had already paid the fine and taking it out of my paycheck.
