This is a good location and rooms are great the renovation on this property exceeded my expectations full living room huge bathroom and great size room. This was my second time at this location and my first stay was good room was very nice but this second time as a platinum member My room was excellent!

Was a pleasant stay, area in the lobby was big enough that our dance girls were all able to eat supper together. Facility was clean and above standards. Staff was helpful and smiling all the time. Breakfast was great!! Nice hot meal! We'll definitely stay again.

We picked this hotel as we were going to a concert in Newton, NC. Anthony at the front desk was amazing! He checked us in while fighting with computer issues and never lost his cool! He also upgraded us to a suite, which was awesome. The whole weekend was perfect.

We always enjoy coming to this hotel when in Hickory and stay here at least once a year. Checked in yesterday late and once I got my son to bed realized the bathroom vent cover is covered in a thick layer of gray dust. Kitchen shelves are dusty. It’s 3am and I’m sneezing my head off. So frustrating! If it weren’t for having a toddler with us, we’d be out by now. So disappointing. Update: they took care of cleaning the room promptly the next morning. Hoping they have some duct work cleaned before we visit next year!
