Paid for a application to be printed and e-mailed the agency I was e-mailing it to never received the document. I was told "It's out of our system nothing we can do" INCOMPETENT and a waste of my time and money!

Was at the Black Mountain UPS Store at 3:00 on Sat, Dec 16, 2017, trying to ship a package for Christmas. Clerk said it would not get there by Christmas unless I paid for "expedited shipping" because "you know" they are backed up with all the Christmas mail and online shopping. He said it would cost $88 or $67 to get it to Missouri before Christmas. UPS Ground would have been $30. I said no thanks. He did not offer to help me get the large heavy box back out to my car. Just stood watching me while I struggled to get out the door and dropped the package on the sidewalk. Did he lie?
