Ok, this may sound strange, but I'm a PROFESSIONAL MOTORCOACH CAPTAIN, and really needed to utilize the restroom 🚻 while my passengers shopped before I took them up the mountain to the YMCA camp. I asked a lady inside were the restroom was, and she pointed it out to me. Now, that may seem remarkable normal, but when you've been unable to GO for hours at my age, and you can finally GO.........MAN-O-MAN it's like CHRISTMAS 🎄. Sure a but over the top, but man, I had to GO! 5 STARS!👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very impressed with Ingels. We shopped and also ate there while in the Black Mountain area on vacation.

They keep rearranging items , I get it's for making people to see and buy other items.. but also a map of the changes would be great for the elderly and disabled to use less time,energy,oxygen and to have frustration of not finding what they need without walking all over to find what they need to get. Also I understand the "supply chain" issue. But the WIC items are almost always out of stock. The shelves have a lot of empty spaces or only a handful of some items..Over all they've gotten way too expensive for the average customer. Even before this "inflation" thing.

We visited the Ingles in Black Mountain, NC. We don't have a Ingles where we live. We were very pleasantly surprised. They have great looking fruits and vegetables. The store was extremely clean. We found everything we were looking for except one specialty my husband wanted. He asked a worker and he stopped what he was doing and took him right to it. The meat look very good. I think that Ingles had a great variety of items. We found everything we were looking for.
