My husband and I recently purchased a car from Cloninger and were very pleased with the whole process. Jarrod Evans was great at answering any questions we had and went above any salesman we've ever dealt with. He was very patient and never pushy. He is great at his job!! Robbie Pryor was also Great!! He worked with us and did everything he could to get our price where we needed it, to be able to get my husband his dream car. By the time we left the dealership it felt like we had two new friends. These two gentlemen are awesome at their job!!! And, Johnny in the finance department was quick and efficient. We signed everything and were pleased with how quick the process went. I would definitely recommend Cloninger to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again for all of your help!

I had a recall on my 14 fusion. Initially, they told me the parts would not be here until December. Then, after looking up my Vin # they realized it was an older recall. It was going to be about 2 weeks until they could get my car fixed. I had it towed up there the previous night. I didn't have a Reservation because a sales person didn't realize that and told me just to bring it up. At any rate, they actually completed the recalls the next day. I certainly wasn't expecting that. It may have been because they didn't want my car in their way for two weeks, but nevertheless, I was pretty excited. I want to thank Melanie and I believe her name was Kaitlyn or Paige, for their help and professionalism. I also noted that I didn't want any other services done just the recall, and they honored that which I was thankful for. I don't use dealers for repairs, but if you have to, I feel like these guys would do a good job. Now, if only I could afford one of those sweet f150s out there 😫

I love my new car. Caleb did so much to help me find the right car. Excellent customer service. My whole experience at Cloninger Ford has been excellent!! I highly recommend looking there first for your next car. Ask for Caleb, he'll do you right.

I had a very bad experience with Cloninger Ford in the past (2014/2015) and was reluctant to even venture back there. But from the telephone conversation to schedule an appointment to the moment they told me the bad news concerning my vehicle, we were made to feel like close family. I can't imagine now going anywhere else.
