Closing time said 10pm on door and on google. I arrived at 9:20pm and all lights were off and door was locked. They still had pizza in the bin I could see from the front door. Two people were inside and never acknowledged that I was there at the door.

Placed an order online for pick up. When arrived for pick up order, it was given to someone else. If a code is given Im pretty sure you will be the only one having access to the code, or name given when placing the order. Management is horrible, at least an apology could be given for bad service. When I had asked to speak to the manager, Summer had spoken to me and said “I was not at the window” and said that someone had picked up MY order as a “DoorDash”. When placing an order, I never once put my address. I had also put the order on the ONLINE WEBSITE, not DoorDash. But the manager said that If I wanted it to be replaced I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, what!!!! just give my refund.

Got just what we wanted, made fresh to order if the temp and texture were anything to go by. Honestly they seem to have improved not only their store aesthetics but service too. Food was fresh and tasty and the staff were all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Speed order was prepared was impressive especially given how busy they were. Good value too. Definitely recommend this location. Bumping this rating to 5/5 in light of most recent experience.

Normally they are pretty good. But below is a pic of my pizza. Didn't realize it was like that till I got home. I go all the way back and they're really crowded this time. Anyway I have to go inside cause drive thru is backed up. I didn't want any freebies cause I understand staffing issues, etc. But I didn't get so much as an apology, only an excuse that it must've gotten flipped putting it in the box. (You think!?) A simple I'm sorry would have kept me from writing this review. There's just not any common courtesy anymore.
