We have been coming here for years. Always a good deal, always friendly. I have bought 3 laptops and sll with windows 10 installed for free. They do layaway, so I always know i can get what i need without huge cost. The jewler has sized several rings for us, and does reshaping if your rings are bent, for less than $20. I will continues to come here. I think they're great!

They have been provided with a police report, pictures, and serial number when this store posted my stolen bicycle on Offer-up and yet they refuse to discuss the return of my bike. They aren't even helpful with the police involved. While I regret that they'll lose whatever they paid for the bike, they know it's stolen (they even asked us if we were there to buy our bike back) with all the evidence, they will be selling known stolen goods if they sell it. Regardless, common courtesy would seem appropriate since we are not the ones who sold them stolen goods. We simply want to work with them and the police to get the bike back.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years. They have great customer service. I've been there quite a few times. I love their days and hours. I'm in and out quickly. Their always friendly and the best thing about them is they take good care of my property. Just remember that you sign that paper with the due date for a reason. If you can't pick up your property for whatever reason, you have more than enough time to go renew your loan. Its only a few dollars. Thanks for your great service Fontana Jewelry and Loan!
