Another bad applebees experience. Ordered 4 southwest chicken bowl. No greens double chicken... I got a bowl with chicken and rice. And the rice was hard. Awful experience.

We had a great server, she was very honest and upfront about the orders being backed up in the kitchen. She was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The food, though a little slower than usual, was still very good. Had the wings, bourbon street steak (no longer a strip, now sirloin) and 3 cheese chicken penne. This Apple Bees has never disappointed us through the years.

Most disappointing trip I have had to this Applebee’s. First, I needed some time to read the menu and make a decision, our waiter returned for our order in under 3 minutes (not exactly a lot of time there). Next, our salad bowls were dirty... nice way to start the meal. I ordered the sirloin (medium) and garlic green beans. My steak was well done with about a half inch circle of a faint pink hue in the center and my green beans were cold (room temperature). I would have asked for them to be replaced, except the great disappearing waiter could not be found. My wife’s steak was cooked nicely and she asked for a to go box, when we finally flagged down the invisible man. After bringing the box he disappeared again, no check and didn’t even ask about the gray, dry, uneaten steak on my plate. He just dropped the box and ran. 20 minutes later we trying to get other servers to bring us our bill so we could leave. No one else was allowed to bring it, so we have to wait on the ghost of waiters past to remember where the dining room was. Yep, you guessed it! There were charges on our bill that were not ours. Finally got that corrected, paid and left. Yes, I paid for the uneaten steak and uneaten cold green beans. It will be the last thing I pay for there.
