What is going on Lowes? Went in around 11 on Saturday today. You only have check out lines open and had to stand in line for that. Also the return line was long. Went back in later and the parking lot was full of shopping carts. Busiest time you don’t have enough employees?

Employee was very rude when I said just the person I was looking for a this man really had the nerve to tell me I'm going home. Everytime I come to Lowe's to buy something that I need people are always rude they act like I'm bothering them because I have to ask them where something is at because I always go on the website to find what I need but when I get to the store it's never where it says it's at . The cashier wants to give me a hateful look when I say military discount. I hate coming to Lowe's but there's items that I have to have for the remodel of my house. If it wasn't for getting the things that I have to have I WOULD NOT shop at Lowe's

I needed help finding items to remodel my bathroom with. The sweetest young lady, named Nicole, helped me find everything and she didn’t even work in that department! She took her time and went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate that! It’s hard to find good help these days, I’d say Lowes found a jewel!

I deliver to the store for Lowe's Hardware RDC 960. Usually, not a bad store to deliver to but this day was crazy. It had snowed and they cleaned the dock area but shoved snow in front of our trailer.
