I don't understand why it takes so long to make a sandwich. It took almost 10 min just for them to take my order and 20 min to make the sandwich.

The food is good but the management is poor. Tried calling the store at 7:15 p.m. this evening which is 45 minutes before the closing time that is posted on Google and on the door to where I could try to make a to-go order because I only live 5 minutes from this location I called twice no one would answer the phone and whenever I get there with 20 minutes before the closing time, they had cut the sign off and we're sitting in the chairs at a table playing on their phone.

They were closing at5:00 pm. Chairs up on the table. Tried 3 times to call in an order they won't answer the phone. Drove to the location store was empty. They did fix a to go order.

Went to Subway and ordered two combos. Right before paying another employee walked up and told us that they did not have any brisket, so we had to order something different. Which we did and everything Was ok. Went to fill our drinks and Firehouse was out of ice, Coke zero, Diet Coke, sweet tea, and carbonation in the drink machine. Employee was notified but stated that he couldn’t do anything about it. Of course we got luke warm water instead. As we were waiting for our food we watched as several customers went through the same process and we did. Why didn’t the employee notify us of the shortages before ordering? We may have not ordered a combo or we may have left and went somewhere else. At least have a sign at the register when ordering. By far this was a total let down. And definitely not the experience I have received at the typical Firehouse!!!
