Nice store but what kind of big box retailer doesn't open til 9am. Needed something yesterday on my way to work that I knew they had but at 8:30am they were closed. Maybe Lenoir is just a sleepy little town.

This Big Lots! Store is really clean and was really organized. All the furniture was in the middle of the store and all other items clearly marked and located where they should be. Enjoyed just walking around and looking. Docked a star however, as the person who checked my purchases out, as well as my family members’, called us “hon” every other word.

I like the new store space, and big lots always has good prices and unique items. Cashier was very nice.

The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful!! They have always went out of their way to make us the happiest customers and they have made customers for life now!! Also, their prices beat every store around here. I've compared many things and they always beat everyone with their prices!
