Only three booths were open when I stopped here. There were two waitresses, but one was getting ready to leave. Taylor was the waitress on duty. She did a good job taking dine in and to go orders. The cook, Sage, was perfect at preparing each order exactly the way each customer wanted it. You're doing excellent, Sage, keep up the great work!

Don't expect them to answer the phone...they only had about 6 people on the clock and plenty of empty seats. So for go trying to save any time with a call in / to go order. Food was up to par though.

7 working people in here this morning....5 tables with customers. Took 5 minutes to get WATER. 10 minutes in and still waiting for a simple breakfast....just eggs grits and toast..food finally came. Good but service no so much!!!

First time going to this location. It was so loud and didn't look very clean. One family was in front of us waiting to be seated. Once they sat down we moved up. Another family came in and walked around us to the head of the line. My husband literally watched them pull in and park before coming in the building. We watched one of the girls in the group speak to a staff member as she was cleaning the next table. Once the table was clean my husband started over to it with our kids for the he staff member to tell him the other group was there before us. This was not true! We had been waiting for over 30 minutes just to be passed by another family and a staff member to be rude. When my husband told her it was fine we would just take our business elsewhere she apologized TO THE OTHER GROUP! Turned out great in our favor though. Ended up somewhere cleaner, quieter, with friendly staff, an amazing waiter, and great food. Spent over $100 for our family of 6 and the waiter got a great tip. Will never come back to Waffle House!
