Positive: We stayed 1 night while attending a Wolftrap concert. It was 15-20 minutes away. Hotel was amazing quality for price. Staff were polite and very helpful! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed with a group and had an absolutely incredible experience! From the amazing scent in the hotel right as you walk in to the service throughout our stay, everything was simply top notch. We interacted with a tall lady working for the housekeeping department and she virtually ran to complete our request. We were glad to catch up with her and the housekeeping manager later so we could thank them properly for making our stay just wonderful!

Positive: Always a super clean room and comfortable stay. Negative: Their signature fragrance that they pump throughout the hotel is way too strong, less is better. Housekeeping knocks on your door as early as 8:30am, wait until you know the guest has vacated. Stock the mini store with more items, shelves were bare.

Clean and nice location. Staff was friendly. Managerial staff was confrontational with hockey players and parents. Have been to many hotels much friendlier to hockey teams. If we were there and not associated with a team, would be a great place to stay. Beautiful facility, room was very clean. If you’re going with a team, suggest maybe find an alternate hotel.

My experience is that would depend on when their checkouts leave and the rooms are cleaned and changed. Most checkouts don't vacate til 10am or so and then usually a 2 hour turnaround time to actually get to the room. I doubt they would charge you extra.
I asked, however after a month returning home, I'm still waiting for them to bring and I asked for one twice. I spent a week at the location. I used the ice bucket to keep my meds cold.
