Went in to register. Stood and waited. Never acknowledged. Continued to wait. One lady called the other and nodded towards us. Other lady, "Yeah I see 'em." She was helping make food even though there were several already back there. Still she never spoke to us. She kept right on working with the food. Several cars in the drive thru but one table of customers already at their table. No other customers inside. We waited a few minutes more then turned and left. No acknowledgement, no one at the register, no order and no food! Poor service! Poor attitudes!

The worst service I’ve had from this location and the GM was there. Employee didn’t want to take order, and then was seen handling outside food and grocery bags on prep services and eating it in the kitchen area. When I asked for a refund, I was told they didn’t do refunds. I asked for the corporate number, and the receipt they gave didn’t even have anything printed on the front. Luckily, my bank will refund the charge. Update: it’s been a few months so I tired this location again. It took twenty minutes to serve the four cars in front of me. Then, they got my order wrong. Some places don’t deserve second chances and this is no exception.

This place has no class very unprofessional. My son had an interview at 315 no manager was there. Just a bunch of people arguing and my son was asked to leave. Yall should be shut down for the inappropriate behavior. I feel sorry for this generation of kids.
