Pizza. Over cooked. Staff not supervised well enough. Person at register was wearing sagging shorts & ratty tee shirt. Only 1 star because zero stars wont register!

This store ran out of fries so I couldn’t place an order for a deal that included fries. I called and spoke to Diamond(super nice employee). The manager wouldn’t honor the deal with a substitution of a side salad, because she said I was calling in instead of ordering online… which I couldn’t do. I guess the manager thought it wasn’t worth it to win a new loyal customer by just honoring the deal. If that’s the customer service you receive from this place, I don’t trust the food anyway. I won’t be ordering from this location in the future.

they did not have what i ordered and instead of calling me and telling me they just gave me a medium instead of the 2 personal pans i ordered. I did not want a medium. I would have canceled the order. Also I could have been called when I called in and asked to make sure the seasoning would be placed on the cheesesticks because sometimes it is not and the seasoning is the MAIN reason I purchase them. I like the seasoning.

My order was correct and ready fairly soon after arriving to the pickup window. Both staff members that spoke to us at the window were kind and efficient. Our pizzas, cheese sticks and cinnamon minis were delicious!
