The food was great, unfortunately the service was terrible. We got there and we were seated to wait 15 minutes to get our drinks ordered so we ordered our food as well. We waited about 20 more minutes for them to bring out 2 of our 3 kids drinks and no one else's. That's when we were told that they had no clean cups and were waiting on the washer, yet they had paper cups which is what they brought out the kids drinks in. We waited about 10 minutes to get the rest of the drinks then another 15 minutes for the food. Once we got our bill and gave our card to pay we had to wait another 15 minutes just to get our card back. Needless to say, I will never eat there again. The food is too over priced to have no service. I highly recommend picking up your order. We got there at 6:45 and didn't get out until 8:20.

The food is fine. Wings didn’t come out with the right sauce, but mistakes happen and the waitress was quick to bring the right order. But even with BOGO 50% off, it’s over $1/wing! And to then charge $1.20 for ranch!?? Absurd!

Has to be top 5 worst customer service I've ever experienced. We have had issues with slow delivery at this location in the past, but this was by far the worst. My wife who is pregnant had a craving for wings so I went on the BWW website and placed an order that amounted to $25 total, around 7:30pm on 6/9/2022. We received a text that our order was going to be delivered at 8:40pm. It was 8:50pm when we received an email saying that our driver had cancelled and to contact the restaurant. I tried contacting the restaurant multiple times but no one picked up. That's when we decided to head out to the restaurant and pick up our food. When we arrived, spoke with the host, she found us in the system, and was getting ready to make our food. Told us it would be ready in 20 mins. My wife was okay with waiting the 20 extra minutes at that point. We just wanted the food we had paid for and was supposed to be delivered in the first place. As soon as she walks out to the back to start making our food, I overheard someone (who ended up being the manager on duty) telling her that they can't make our food because they had already made it and this was Doordash/Uber Eats' problem. To which I respond "We actually had no contact with Doordash or Uber Eats, we ordered directly from the BWW website". Manager kept going back and forth asking me whether we had ordered from Doordash or Uber Eats and I kept telling him I didn't know who they had deliver our food since we had ZERO contact with anybody else but them. Now, I have worked in retail and my wife is in hospitality so let's talk customer service 101. In this situation, at the very least, you expect the manager to say "I am sorry this happened to you and I see that your food was supposed to be delivered and now you had to come all the way here to pick it up. Let us work on it and get it out as soon as possible" or "Sorry this happened to you. Do you still want the food? If not, can we offer you a refund?" None of this happened. Instead the manager said "You need to call Doordash and fix this." "Well I don't have their phone number because I did everything with BWW" to which he responded "That's fine I can GOOGLE IT FOR YOU" that was my last attempt at trying anything. I just told my wife let's go, so we walked out and went to get Taco Bell. It's funny that I had a similar situation happen earlier this year with Panera, with a very different outcome. The issue was that they had run out of one the items we ordered so when we called them to get a refund for the one item, they offered to return our full money back for the inconvenience and repeatedly said "Thank you for choosing us and we hope we didn't lose you as a customer". This is how you do customer service/hospitality ladies and gentlemen. BWW please do not ask me to fill out any forms. MAKE IT RIGHT at the restaurant. The customer's time and effort are valuable and you should strive to help the customer save both...
