We love the free hot breakfast. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Great location for Harrisburg and Hersheypark.

Grounds are beautifully kept. Check in person was fantastic. Rooms are a nice size with full size refrigerator, small cooktop, toaster, microwave, pot & pan, silverware, dishes. Pool could have been a little warmer. Plenty of outdoor seating. Free hot buffet breakfast. Hotel is about 20 minute drive to Hershey park though if your in the area for that.

Went there for a meeting. The staff was very kind and professional. The house coffee was very good too. The lounging area has plenty of comfortable seating by a large fireplace. I would be happy to go there again

I researched for awhile trying to find the best hotel near us for a weekend away to fully dedicate in teaching our youngest boys to swim. I called the Monday prior to our stay to confirm the pool was open. They said maintenance was being done that day, but assured me it would be open for the weekend. It was not. We were accommodated by being able to use a pool in a hotel nearby, but with having 3 little ones it was difficult to take them over and get them in as much as we had hoped. This was a huge disappointment and a decent amount of money spent for a whole weekend not going the way we planned. Also, upon arrival the shower did not work because there was so much hair clogged in the drain. The front desk clerk came up and cleaned it out which was awesome, but then he used our soap and hand towel that we had been using. I felt that was really inappropriate. Other than being really upset by the pool being closed and the kind of inappropriate behavior by the front desk clerk using our towel and soap the facilities were surprisingly clean. I felt comfortable enough to walk around barefoot. All appliances and sheets were clean. Spacious rooms made it extremely comfortable for a family of 5. The hot buffet style breakfast was really good and I liked that it wasn't exactly the same thing both days we stayed. I'm just really bothered that the pool wasn't available and that was the point of our stay.
