Idiot Brother &The Can We Talk About Its

Recently went through the drive through and waited over 20 minutes, which is fine with a little explanation and apology. I received neither of these things. I didn't expect or want anything for free and I understand mistakes happen, but to not even be told "Sorry for your wait" or "Its going to be a few minutes before we can get to you" just isn't okay. I didn't visit Arby's often before this and I will be going less after this experience. Edit: Arbys has left a message asking me to share my contact information and I have done so. I will follow up when this situation is resolved.

I know that fast food is often hit or miss but the one time I stopped here for dinner, it was one of the nicest experiences I've ever had at an Arby's.

I don't know what happened but this store used to be great to pick up doordash orders from, but all of a sudden every Arby's in the area considers doordash orders very low priority. This is bad for the consumer buying the food, the dasher losing money waiting over 20 minutes for a 2 item order and the business for giving cold food to the customer.

Really, really nice Arby’s! It was so clean inside. The staff was super nice and helpful. We were greeted at our table by Gloria who told us she’s the hostess and could help us with anything we needed. She was constantly cleaning the restaurant. I felt very comfortable eating inside during the pandemic because she was sanitizing everything. Food was great!! Hot and delicious. HIGHLY recommend.
