I requested a specific car a Toyota Camry for both my rentals, and Seth Greer made sure he had this car for me both times. I really appreciated this, due to me having to travel for work , the Toyota saved me gas. He was very professional, nice, and went out of his way to make sure I had this specific car. I will continue to rent from this specific location for all my future rentals.

For whatever reason the rentals engine light came on and I had to stop at this branch office. After a 60 hour + work week, my expectation was that I was inevitably going to be stuck 280 miles away from home and not see my wife an kids until next week. This is one of the time that I am glad that my expectations were not met. Alec and Seth were amazing. Their attention to the culture of customer service is something that is unseen these days. I would recommend this branch before all of the others in the area based on my experience.

Overall great experience, car was full of gas and professionally detailed. Alec the branch manager was extremely helpful and friendly. They had me back on the road within the hour, couldn’t ask for better service.

Very excellent & friendly customer service of the aast manager & shuttle driver. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of 5 is that I so much enjoyed talking to Tiffany that I neglected to check the car over & notice that it was NOT washed & had some minimal cosmetic issue on exterior bumper & on some interior back trim of car. I have a month car wash service so I immediately took it to get it washed. They charged me $2 to get a temporary car sticker to be able to wash it. Other than that, I really enjoyed my experience.
