Palm Harbor Homes, Flora Vista NM, near Farmington. A 56ft mobile home was about $91,000 it is the yellow one in the front lot, single wide, and very beautiful. I always wanted a nice mobile home like this. Not that pricey either. Average Credit around 670-770 is about a 5% down payment, roughly $4,000.00 give or take a few hundred dollars and a monthly payment of $800.00 Dollars a month for 25 years amounts to approximately $240,000 Dollars in total costs. Don’t buy these homes at outrageous prices, you are NOT getting a good deal. If your are simply stupid and want it then I guess it’s okay, it is your finances but it will be a poor decision if you buy any home such as this.
