We purchased our home in July of 2018. As of July 2020 we still do not have our C of O because the home was not set according to County Code which is different from state code. We were told that Baird would work with us but in two years …Kathy, We at Baird Homes apologize for your negative experience, as we try our best to make the home buying process as smooth as possible! We can assure you we set all our homes to state represented guidelines, and unfortunately we do deal with some counties that have guidelines beyond state guidelines that we cannot knowingly offer or facilitate that is upon customer responsibility.
