Lived there 25 years ago..tried to charge an exit fee when we left..found a lawyer and it's illegal for them to do that...just fyi for anyone living there now. Don't pay it! The outrageous lot fee is enough...

Questions & Answers

Is there a minimum credit required to finance a home/land? Or would you just have to have a down payment if your credit wasn't the greatest? My credit is 500 😑

Your bank would be the one to give you the minimum requirements for a loan. Every bank has a set of standard requirements needed for approval.
