Bought our home six years ago, couldn’t believe how badly it was built. Since we moved in, floor squeaks, leaking roof, we have already replaced carpeting, replaced electric range, major issues with the electrical system (have had three electricians in the home). Furnace is so noisy we can’t hear the television when running. We had to replace a very loose, drafty window, after Redman had already replaced two others. A toilet has needed work. We have two neighbors with Redman homes that have many, many issues. One was just delivered this past week and the repair guy is still there. My calls to the company were useless, couldn’t speak to anyone in management at Champion Homes, only a secretary who I’m sure just threw my complaint in the trash. Nothing ever happened. DON’T BUY A REDMAN HOME!
