Called to cancel a reservation followed their policy & still charged me. Having to wait for them to review if they're giving my money back even though I canceled before their cut off time. Worst service ever.

Basic hotel but friendly, helpful staff. Restaurants within walking distance. The pros of staying here: Nothing really special, unfortunately. The pool was heated, but we didn't have warm weather during our stay and so didn't get to take advantage of it. It really needs an update. The cons of staying there: We needed a kitchen, which is the only reason we chose this. I had purchased a ton of groceries because isn't that what sets them apart from a regular hotel? You can stay for a longer period of time because it's like an apartment. However, when we got there, there were NO pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware, coffee maker, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, etc. NOTHING. What is the point of even having a kitchen? I called down to the front desk, and she explained that they were very booked up and that all the kitchen implements were taken. I had thought each room should just be equipped with that stuff, and then if a guest steals anything, their card gets charged. Unfortunately, that's not how it works. Luckily, my brother lives in town, so we drove over to his house and borrowed a box of household items from him. ANNOYING and not convenient.

Positive: Parking was great. Easy access to internet process. Negative: No shower cap or lotion or shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was poor, no decaf coffee. They should not advertise free breakfast.

Needs an overhaul, lots of things broken and in disrepair. One washing machine for all the guests to use and it isn't even open 24 hrs. Dishwasher broken for the entirety of our stay (3+ weeks)room service is only every 2 weeks on Sunday unless you pay extra. Only a mini fridge in our 2 bed room but the single bed room my sister had had a full fridge. Definitely had room for improvement in the cleanliness department as well. There's a sign in every room that says there is a 10 step process for making sure the rooms are clean that ends with management checking it over, yikes!

Not long term parking that i know of. You can get a parking permit for the duration of your stay
