Spanish server was barely understanding English can't recommend or explain items and messy location. Maybe other locations can be better but not this one.

Arrived at 9am only to find all the doors locked. Staff were inside snacking on burgers, they saw me, they didn’t care. No signs indicating the place was closed. Zero. I can only suspect they locked the doors so they didn’t have to serve clients. Pretty bad form. This was at their Bellevue branch.

Decent standard burgers, but prices here have gone so far up that you're better off picking up a burger at a restaurant.

Worst experience ever. One cashier charged for the wrong amount. I tapped my card without noticing it. The other cashier came directly and shouted ‘ YOU OWN ME MONEY’ without explaining anything. SUPER RUDE! Try to avoid this store if you don’t want to ruin your day! Visited 6/15 @ 7:30pm.
