We waited 15 mins and no food, i asked how much longer. Server giggled and said she forgot to put in our order and another 10 min wait. Food was fresh but service was terrible and restaurant was disgustingly dirty. 25 min wait time and there was only 3 other tables. Asked to speak with manager and was told that none on shift.

Ordered takeout for 2 people, sausage and gravy meal and lumberjack breakfast, long wait even tho not busy, rude and impatient waitress when taking the order, another waitress practically shoved the bag in my hand when she brought it out, another waitress seemed as if I asked for the moon when I asked for salt n pepper,, once I left and looked in the bag it didn't have replacement of bacon and sausage instead of ham I asked for, which the sausage tasted awful anyway, they forgot the toast on both orders, didn't include syrup/butter for the pancakes,one of the orders had onions in the hash browns, one order was eggs sunny side up and there was no sun and resembled a rubber egg. Very unhappy with this visit

Jessie gave me outstanding service. I dined in. The food came so quickly I only had time to create one FB post. Lol. My salmon was prepared perfectly, as were the zucchini and rice sides and the garlic dinner bread. It arrives hot from the kitchen. I finished off my meal with cheesecake. They were not superbusy, but had adequate staffing. I've eaten here twice in the last 6 weeks, and it has been a positive experience both times.

Worst service ever!! I always stop here for a meal when I’m going by weekly but in one months time the service might as well be non existent because when you get asked when you are seated what you’d like to drink and then wait half hour for the same waitress to come back with no drinks to figure out she forgot you ! Then sends another waitress over with drinks to take the order. I won’t ever recommend this place again! Second waitress was excellent, thanks Brianna for the great service!!!
