No Nee

Uneaten employees. Gave order 3 times, starting at beginning each time. Paid at window and read receipt only to find it was wrong. Employee was unable to make it right so again I and all behind me were left waiting. He showed up and apparently while looking at receipt while I repeated my order for the 4th time then explaining to employee what to do was to add 1 burger and give free fry. We get to where food is given and find she took the order then handed our food to us, once again it was incorrect, family checked bags and we were still missing the burger I had to pay for and the free fry. I parked vehicle went inside, as I went the family behind me said "they still didn't get it right?" I said no, he said yeah they tried to over charge me. Once inside Iinformed yet another unknowing employee what was missing from my order. The manager standinding with his back to me finally turns around looks at me and tells the employee never mind I have it. (Now he's really confused.) Hands me a bag turns and walks away. No sorry, have a good night nothing. This whole place needs retraining from the manager down. Very unacceptable. Sad I will have to go farther next time to have a burger. Guess we will try the New Whattaburger further down the highway.

Food order came out wrong Overcharged. App was not working. They gave up an opened ketchup package that leaked in the car. This location is aweful. Not the only time we received subpar "service".

I placed a pick up order online, got there put in my number and waited 27 minutes for my food to come out as I watched people that were there long after I had arrived go to drive-through and get their products and Leave. When I asked the young lady that brought the food out, she responded that because a manager was going through drive-through they wanted to concentrate on drive-through first, and then my french fries had been dropped so they had to cook the fresh ones before they could bring it out but as I touch my french fries they’re cold, the ice has melted in my sodas so they are watery, I will never go back there again and will let everybody know how terrible that services. And it’s not the first time.

This is actually one of the nicest McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff keeps it meticulously clean and the food came out fast despite the place was very busy. The bathrooms were also clean.
